Learn all about the mind, body and fitness connection. We will explore different ways to incorporate simple holistic wellness changes into your life once you understand the connection between the three.




Learn and understand the Chakras, where they are located, what they do, how to keep them balanced. It ends with a short meditation with Barbara who is a mind body coach.
